Philosophy of Care
My approach to care is to connect with people and meet them where they’re at. Developing a client-led treatment plan that addresses their mental health concerns is a good first step in helping them move forward.

About Me
I’m a native Vermonter. I was drawn to the healthcare field because it allows me to use my strong interpersonal skills and empathic nature in service to others. In my down time, I enjoy hanging out with my dogs, taking walks and cooking.

Philosophy of Care

I believe in building strong patient-provider relationships through active listening, education, and shared decision-making. My goal is to empower patients to take an active role in their health, ensuring they feel supported and informed at every step of their journey

About Me
I am a Unity, NH native, and have always felt deeply connected to this area. I chose to remain in the VT/NH region throughout my education and career because I appreciate the close-knit community and natural beauty here. It’s been incredibly rewarding to give back and care for the people in the place I’ve always called home. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family on our farm where we have pigs, goats, chickens and horses which I ride and compete in barrel racing and mounted shooting. I also have a passion for raising Bernese Mountain Dogs. Being able to balance my professional life with these activities as well as family brings me a great sense of joy.
